Great place. They are very matter-of-fact and fair. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

If you have a VW or Audi this is The Place to go in SE Connecticut. It's all they work on and they do it brilliantly. They have solved every problem with my 13 year old VW and done it efficiently and honestly and saved me money along the way. Bonnie's advice is always "spot on" and her brother, who does the work is excellent. They have taken car of me and my car and now that I'm thinking about replacing my car, it WILL get a VW in order to keep my mechanic!

They specialize in VWs and do an excellent job. Only place I know that I trust for my 1991 diesel Jetta which they have kept on the road. They also go to the car auctions and sometimes have good second hand VWs but they particularly specialize only in repair. Great people. The sister is in the office (with her dog always:-) and knows as much as her brother in the shop. Both very dependable, experienced and honest. They have such a good business that they frequently take customers based on referrals and if they like them! :-) And they like anyone who is honest, cares and pays them.
