I am a relatively new resident of CT. I moved here from ME
less than two years ago. I had been dreading the day when
my car required service.
I like to keep my cars on the road as long as possible.
And, I understand that requires spending money on repairs.
But, in my experience, some shops will recommend repairs
that are not really necessary. An example that comes to
mind is being told I needed to replace the wiper blades I
had replaced just six weeks prior. I could go on - I've got
dozens of stories like this - like being told I needed work
on my brakes when all I needed was to top off the brake fluid.
So, as you might guess, being able to trust the place where
I have my car repaired is number one among the things I look
for. I will even overlook an occasional mistake in an
honest shop. No one is perfect.
Ok, so here's my experience with Complete Care Car. My much
loved Kia stared making a bad news whenever it went over a
bump or hit a pothole. It was the sound of money flying out
of my pocket: a loud metal bang and clunk. Imagine my
delight when I was handed a bill for $42.20 for tightening a
bolt! They could have handed me a bill for a more serious
repair. I would never have known it. But they didn't.
They are honest! AND, they are now MY service station.
I'll be singing their praises to anyone who will listen!
Thanks guys!
