When a businessman came in to his shop on a weekend with a problem that required parts that were not immediately available, he took the required part (which happened by chance to match) from his girlfriends car and repaired the businessmans car, telling him he would fix the girlfriends car when he was able to get the part, and sent him on his way.

I used to work practically next door, so it was very convenient. Luckily, I found them nice to work with, fair, honest, decent pricing and NO ANNOYING UPSELL!!, got the job done the first time and all that good stuff. I now work somewhere else, so not as convenient, but still take our cars there every time.
Based on the 2 clunkers that we inflict on them to get repaired, they may wish we would go somewhere else !!
They point out safety items that need repair, and point out problems, but not pushy and honest about what can be put off for later, and what should be done soon.
