I have had them work on my 1997 Ford Explorer a few times.
They are honest and will take some time to explain things to
you if you are interested.

Good at diagnostics and do not just " let's try this" or replace the most obvious part and then try another if that fails. Have even said " Do you really want to do this with this old car?" [ I did and was sorry]---Should have listened. Happy with repairs/ maintenance on Chrysler, Mercedes, Volvo without ANY real problems over many years.

Russell Phillips and his gang have been working on a series of older cars I have owned over the past ten years and have always delivered first quality service. They are very good with foreign cars, notably Saabs and Volvos, and have been equally good with the Ford, Mercury, and Chrysler they have worked on for me. They are great people to deal with.
