I have been going to Northbay for near 8 years. I purchased my
last car through them and have used then for all of the
service on my Audi. The staff is friendly, competent, and
will answer all of your questions in language you can
understand.
They offer service loaners; vehicles for sale not some crappy
beater.
They have always gone above and beyond. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a VW or Audi.
