Tom runs a truly honest and competent shop. He once replaced the front bearings on the Grand AM and when the not GM part lasted a couple of weeks he took the car and fixed it with OEM parts which worked fine. I tried to pay him the difference in the cost but he refused. He even refused to make further repairs to my Grand AM and told me to go buy a car when he thought the return on investment was poor. He was right as ususal.
