They don't fix anything unless it's necessary. They'll
squeeze you in without an appointment, if your problem is a
quick fix.
I've observed them being extremely polite and accommodating
to a very rude person who broken down in town and was
demanding quick service for a part that required overnight
delivery. I was annoyed with the customer, but very
impressed with the customer service rendered.

This is a terrific auto shop - and with a great lady mechanic to boot! Jeremy and Jeannie always took care of my car really well and gave me all the options and pros/cons to fixing now vs. waiting on some things. I was only living in the area for a year, but had a fair number of auto issues come up and they were the best. They remembered me every time I came in and were so friendly. I highly recommend this shop.
