Clutch cable on the toyota tercel kept breaking. After the first one they replaced it for free, about every 4 months, was it three times?!; finally we all realized that it had to be a TOYOTA cable not a "replacement equivalent". They never grumbled....well, not to me at least. Steve and Dale have several times diagnosed and fixed things that dealers couldn't figure out.

These guys have worked on several vehicles for me. They are invariably upfront, honest, and skilled. As a woman I've more than once been treated like an idiot by other mechanics, but Steve and Dale never do that. It's just not the way they do business. They even advised against doing certain work because the vehicle in question was not worth the effort or cost. They are great and I will not take a car anywhere else.

Steve and Dale found the problem with my Mazda B2300 after other shops failed to, so I haven't used anybody else since, and that was 3 years ago. They are the best.

As a single woman I was always nervous about taking my car to be repaired.Steve and Dale make me feel relaxed with their easying going style. This is a great repair shop and I highly recomend them.

Brought in my son's car mid morning without an appointment because something was seriously wrong and I was worried that it was unsafe. Steve stopped what he was doing and rode along for a quick drive. He said he'd put it up and take a look and call him in an hour. In that hour he had found that the front driver's side axle was in pieces and was amazed that we had made it the 22 miles to my son's school. He fixed it and added oil (he knows to check a teenager's car) and explained how the axle problem was affecting the transmission. He was quick. He was very reasonable and though he was busy saw my distress and took car of the car. I could not have been more pleased.
