While you wait for a repairman on the phone, the background is Stan talkin' 'bout safety with some twangy banjo playing! Pretty hoaky. But he's as good as they get!

Needed a water pump replacement. Took the Jeep in first thing in the AM. Was told it would be ready that afternoon. Of course it wasn't. Apparently they "lost track of it". Total cost for water pump, thermostat and belts- $750. A Jeep has an easy to reach and replace water pump. Typical cost for this service should be around $300-400. http://www.buzzle.com/articles/water-pump-replacement- cost.html So it took twice as long and cost twice as much as it should. Am I ever going back? Heck no. And you shouldn't either.

They are really expencive and not thourough. We took car in becasue the check engin light came on and after bringing it back a second time for more costly repairs the light is still on! Did they forget to reset? Are there still problems? Car seems to be running fine so we may never know.

Gotta Love 'um. They were kind, quick and as a girl I didn't feel intimidated or talked down too! They are a great family mechanic.
