We had our Miata towed past the Miata dealer to use this shop and saved over $1,000. Chuck paid the portion of the tow beyond the Mazda dealer. All of the good things that we heard about the shop are true.

Chuch is a person weho always goes the x-tra mile to afford help to his customers! My wife and I live better than 35 miles from his shop. After leaving my Subaru at his shop, Chuck offered to deliver it back to my home. As he approached our home, he decided there were still issues that should be looked at and drove the auto back to his shop. I had planned to fill the fuel tank after that first round trip, and Chuck took the time to do that for me, paying for the fuel out of pocket. After the second review in his shop, he took it upon himself to drive the car, once again, back to my home. WOW! What mechanic would ever take the time to drive +/- 150 miles for their customer?

Working with MazTech/All-Tech has been a great experience over the past few years. They are very honest, and I feel confident each time I take my car in to be serviced. I highly recommend MazTech/All-Tech for all your auto servicing needs!

I always feel respected at Maztech. Chuck and his crew are great at explaining things to me. During one of my repairs, it was difficult to tell if one of the parts was bad until it was taken apart so my estimate included the repair. Once apart, that part was fine, so they didn't replace it, and that saved me $70. They could have told me that it needed to be fixed "as a safety measure", but they have never pulled that. I trust them more than anyone else.

Living 175 miles from Maz-Tech/ All-Tech , I completely trusted Chuck to tear down and enlarge(? exhaust)valves on my B2200 in 1992 to enhance performance (when driving the Eisenhower I-70 from altitude 5,000' to 10,000') and to have it completely reassembled in ONE day! It was done and worked like a charm, no more putt-putt over the passes. About his invention w/ the fishing pole and golf ball driver education in golf I don't know... I have new car but will be back there, recently got in a crash and Chuck sent me to a body shop Kustom Paint, also a "find."

Bottom Line Up Front: Maztech is a professional, honest shop that in my experience under-promises and over-delivers. The work done on my truck took less time than they said it might, and the final bill was in-line with what they quoted me. I’ll continue doing business with Maztech. I've known the owner, Chuck Jacquinot, in a business capacity for approximately 14 years; however, due to my prior military service (Army Captain), I've been gone a for much of this time. Chuck, and his staff by extension, run an honest, fair, competent, clean, pleasant and professional shop. Chuck is obviously careful and attentive in hiring, training and motivating his people to provide outstanding customer service and interaction that is refreshingly and pleasantly engaging. In my opinion, whatever Chuck is doing to lead his organization in regards to quality customer service and interaction, most any other business in ANY industry could “go to school” on him / Maztech and learn something positive and useful. An additional and noticeable part of my experience at Maztech is that it’s an unusually calm and peaceful place, especially for an auto-shop, which is very nice (good custom coffee too). My other experiences in auto-shops around the country have most often left me with the impression of harried disorganization, grime, noise and minor chaos; conversely, Maztech leaves me with the impression of quiet competence that's based in solid, yet relaxed professional management and organizational expertise. Chuck and Maztech have an excellent reputation in the community and certainly with me. I greatly appreciated the effort, care and time Mark spent with me to explain not only the "what" of my truck's problems, but also the "why" in layman’s language that made sense, along with full-disclosure up front about everything, as well as a reasonable, no-pressure explanation of the potential effects of my decision to not get some of the recommended work done at this time due to current financial considerations. In summary, I’m confident that you’ll be satisfied with the repair time, cost and results, and that you’ll have an excellent experience in every way if you choose to do business with Chuck Jacquinot’s Maztech.
