I have been a customer for 6 of the 14 years I've lived in this area. These guys are simply the best. They have had numerous opportunities to do unnecessary work and have never taken advantage of me. They are thorough, honest and reasonably priced.

I have been a regular customer for well over five years and fully trust them to work on my baby. I will be bringing my 98 malibu in for one last service before I regrettably have to move to Denver. At this point I am highly considering the drive up for future servicing but I will ask them if they have any recomendations for the Denver area, yes they are cool enough to recomend other reputable mechanics. A+ rating in my book. I am sure going to miss them!

I had been taking my 2000 Ford Focus, since I moved to Fort Collins 7 yrs ago, to another shop, but the service was been getting worse and worse. I finally made the plunge and took my car somewhere else. King's Auto was great. They ran the computer diagnostics for free, were very friendly, let me in the door before they were even open, and drove me to class. They also offer student discounts which is great when you are on a student salary of next to nothing. I have been recommending them to everyone.

Charged and no fix with Brakes or Transmission fluid! I knew I needed to have a transmission flush, and they said they did it, but the next week the car was acting funny so I took it back. The next week, they told me it was underfilled, so they added more transmission fluid. 8 days later, I took it to Midas down the road only to discover King overfilled it, and there were no marks on the transmission cooler line where a flush machine had been installed to perform flush. They had not done the flush. The fluid was still black as night. They missed checking my brakes when I asked them to check them at the same time as the fluid. We had to have them fixed after we left town in a shop outside of town. It scared us on the interstate.

A very good shop. Street appearence is a little sketchy - but at least you know they don't wast their or your money on things that don't matter. A good old fassion shop where they let you in to see whats going on. They help others in need and would give the shirt off their backs if it would help. Please support this shop!
