Excellent alignment work - best tech operation, equipment in
town--they unscrewed up the dealer's shoddy work.

I am a female customer who arrived with my problem (the
problem was not my also-with-me husband). Instead of
directing his questions, answers, and comments to my
husband, Rod spoke to me. In my 40+ years of driving, no
mechanic ever spoke directly to me when I was accompanied
by a male. NOTE: No male companion was ever more
knowledgeable about my car or its problems than I.
Especially annoying is this usual scenario:
Mechanic to Male Companion (MC): What's the problem?
Me: the brakes are squeaking--I think we need brake pads.
After a quick glance at me, Mechanic continues to look to
MC for response after glancing at me.
MC to Mechanic: We need new brake pads.
Mechanic to MC: front or rear?
Me: Probably both; the front ones were done at xxxx miles.
They've started to squeak, and the mechanic told me
when the front pads were replaced that we'd probably
have to have pads replace front and rear the next
time.
Mechanic continues to look at MC for response.
MC: Both.
Mechanic to MC: Has the car ever had a brake job?
Why do you think you need a brake job?

I have used them twice. Once for new brakes and once to
replace some pumps and hoses. Both times I was happy with
the service. I would use them again.

If you have your own parts this shop will NOT do the work to install/replace them.
