Joe has replaced the engine on our 1984 F350 4 door pu and we have had no trouble with it at all. He charged far less then anyone else in town and the work was completed in a reasonable time. He also had some trouble finding a problem in our 1987 Subaru (GL 10? Turbo) Wagon, replaced a part, which, it turned out, didn't need replacing and was very generous about covering the cost of the unneeded part. We did figure out the problem too!

Joe is a good mechanic. He is honest and fair, and he
doesn't shame you or make you try to feel bad about your
car needing a repair.

Joe is an awsome mechanic, very friendly, and does an
great job with out charging an arm and a leg. No un-needed
charges, and makes sure the job is done right.

Joe is a mechaninc from another time... While he is
knowledgable and up to date you can't help but feel that
you are back in the 50's again when you deal with him, a
real breath of fresh air.

Joe is by far the best mechanic in town... or possibly ever! He always is friendly
and I have never in a moment doubted his honesty. Joe is always willing to make
suggestions and help me with my "do it yourself" truck projects. I cringe at the
idea of someone else working on my truck.

Got Joe Wheeler's shop from this site. He is a really good guy
and very reasonably priced for Durango. Repaired a CV joint
for me.

I can't say enough good things about Joe Wheeler. He is my favorite mechanic in Southwest Colorado. He is an excellent mechanic but is also extremely honest and trustworthy. He worked on all my and my family's cars including my Toyota, a Ford Explorer, a Dodge pickup and a Suzuki. He deserves more than 5 stars.
