I have been using this shop since 2005 when Randy Laracca bought it. He and his assistant mechanic, Domonique, have maintained four cars for us -- Audi, 2 Subarus, and a Toyota, all of which we still own. Their work on the lemon 2001 Audi Allroad has been awesome. This is the car that I took first Randy in 2005. It is only because of him that I still own it, and now love the car again. Randy sought out after-market air suspension bags, a Florida business to refurbish the instrument cluster, and another group to service the automatic transmission, which saved me about $2,000 over dealer prices. He has solved a number of difficult intermittent sensor and electrical problems through persistence. He and Domonique take plenty of time to listen and explain complex issues to me and my wife. I highly recommend this shop, particularly for Audis.

I have taken our two Toyota Sienna minivans (2004, 2008) to Randy and Dom for the past year and have been very pleased with their work. Their estimates are right on, quality of work is outstanding, and I have not had to bring the cars back to have anything redone. All the folks are professional and polite.

I have always taken my 2006 Jetta TDI into the dealer for service. The last time was to replace the Turbo - 5,000 out of warranty. It was $2500.00 and they were, as usual, heartless. It now needed its "BIG" service, at 80,000 miles - timing belt, transmission service, all the little things like cabin filters and the like. The dealer wanted nearly $4,000 for the work. I decided it was time to try an outside garage. These folks came highly recommended - so I gave 'em a try. It's been a month now, and everything is working like new - for $2,400.00. The guys were good about telling me what they needed to do (about the same as the dealer - without the extra charges for LOOKING at stuff) and then gave me the price, which I found very fair, in comparison. They did the work as promised on time on budget, and the car seems happier than ever. This is my new shop.
