I found this shop on the Car Talk website, and they have been excellent. From small problems (a blown fuse) to big problems (my neighbor broke my sunroof with a beer bottle), they have been extremely helpful. When my sunroof glass caved in, the mechanic helped me clean the glass out of my car and tape up the roof to temporize until the glass could get shipped in. I wish they were open weekends for my convenience, but I appreciate the philosophical choice to have a life outside of work. I would recommend them to anyone with a VW.

02FEB2016 + Apple Pay ! 22OCT2012 When is a tire change more than just a tire change? When the mechanic points out that guys who previously serviced the car left off a major bolt that holds the engine to the frame. A few months ago, we had a parking lot accident and so our Audi A3 when off to the body shop. On Thursday, I took the car into G&G to have all 4 tires replaced. After they installed the new tires, they called to tell me that there was a problem with a missing bolt. I took a look and yes, indeed, one of the main bolts that holds the engine to the frame was missing. I called the body shop and they had it towed and the next day they admitted that their mechanic had screwed up. We are so lucky that G&G is committed to high-quality service. We could have had a major accident. 11JAN2012 1. They specialize in Volkswagen products: VW, Porshe, Audi. 2. They are 2 blocks from my house. 3. Friendly service. 4. Fairly priced for my first visit. 5. They recommended the proper oil for my Audi A3 and explained why I need that particular oil. Some internet research proved them correct.
