Kraig and his "crew" are the kindest and best service providers I have met. He takes time to explain what is wrong (or about to be wrong, so (I can budget my money)!!! to keep my Ford truck and Chevy Tahoe in tip top shape. I read the car talk guy's site and went there on a whim (sp) yes, I must agree that these guys know what their doin'!!!!

These guys are tremendous! I hate to go to the shop to get the car fixed, but I have to say that I am always satisfied when I get my car back. I have never met a more honest person (or shop) than Kraig. I believe that he has only the best working for him.

Took my Xterra in and it took forever to actually get service. I had an appointment that I was on time for and they were 30 minutes behind schedule. I felt I was overcharged... I took it in because I knew I had a short in my lights. They didn't put in any parts, worked on it for half an hour and charged me $96. I am very satisfied that they fixed it but thought that $96 was a little steep.

These guys are the best. Kraig kept my old Honda Civic running perfectly and now I have him maintaining my new Civic. They've always been incredibly honest...telling me when something I thought needed to be done really didn't need to be and also answering all of my questions. You'll see...you'll be able to tell that they're taking care of you.

I was in C-Springs for a meeting and needed some work done. I was sort of reluctant to let them know I was from out of town(Tulsa,OK).You know all those "horror stories" about the locals taking advantage??Anyways, Kraig was very knowledgable and the extra work was done in a prompt & very professional manner.NOTE: Why would you pay a dealer $44+ to balance your tires when these guys do it for a lot less!! Almost persuades me to move to C-Springs, knowing my Honda would be in good hands.:) YOU COLORADOANS HAVE IT MADE!!

My mom has taken her car to Japanese Connection for many years and I have recently moved to Colorado Springs and now also take my car there. I feel very comfortable with the work I have had done. As a woman I feel that I am not oversold or talked down to. Diane (service advisor) is very knowlegable and appears to be looking out for our best interests. I am pleased to give "kudos" to them!!

For the second time, Kraig informed me my car did not need repair and did not charge me when he easily could have. The first time was when he recommended not fixing the steering fluid leak on my Nissan. He told me the repair would cost more than the '94 Sentra was worth. He was right. Most recently I took my 2002 Subaru Forester in for what I thought sounded like bad rear wheel bearings. He could have easily replaced them and charged me $700. Instead, he told me he thought they were fine and the sound was probably tire tread. Kraig knows his business, is honest and his prices are fair. I recommend him for all Japanese made vehicles.

They have always done a great job and been honest about what really needs to be done. They also give options and communicate clearly what each option provides.

I found this shop on Car Talk web site. Based only on the repairs I described over the phone, they have better prices than three dealer mechanic shops in the area. Matt also realized they had made a mistake in the type of part needed for one part of the repairs, he called me back and told me what the error was and that is was going to be a little less cost. I probably wouldn't have known if hadn't told me. On top of that, they gave me a military discount from that final cost. Although I didn't need the service, he also was available both in the morning and at the end of the day to drive me to and from work. After a quick look around I felt fine about leaving my car in their fenced yard the night before. My ratings are based on one visit only rather than "always". I will go there the next time my car needs service.
