The owner is the one you will typically deal with. Brian always explains the repairs, in detail and not in a condescending manner. He makes it a point to make sure that customers understand what was done, how it could have failed, and will let you know before any work is done if there are underlying issues that will need to be addressed in the near future. The nationwide warranty on parts and labor is no joke either. Work done in Colorado is covered at any NAPA shop in the nation, so if something goes wrong within the warranty time frame, you're covered. The free shuttle is wonderful too so you're not stuck in a shop for hours and the complimentary clinics are exactly what this town needs. I will never take my car anywhere else because I trust Groff's.
