Elite Auto Service has worked on six different personal and business vehicles for me and I have always been more than pleased with their customer service, honesty, completed work, and cost of repairs. I have referred more than ten friends and co- workers to their shop and every one of them has been totally satisfied and referred others to them. When you pick up your vehicle after it has been repaired, your vehicle has been road tested and washed. A 'thank you' card is received in the mail from them about a week after you have driven it off their lot....... What more can you ask from an auto repair shop?

I've been using these guys for a number of years now, I've referred a number of people and they have all been very pleased. It seems honest mechanics are a rare breed around here, but Ken and Brian are a breath of fresh air. The shop is always clean, the techs are competent and friendly, my vehicle is washed after it is completed and the shuttle service is great. They work on everything from the average econobox to some of the coolest exotics ever made, and treat each car as if it were the exotic. This is the best shop in town, in my experience.

Wouldn't trust them. They told me I needed a new air filter and recommended a K&N when I had a K&N already in the car and was not that dirty. They inspected my spark plugs, put them back in with double the factory gap and then tried to sell me a spark plug replacement (after they put them back in) for an additional $170 in labor plus parts. Their labor rate is exactly the same as the local Porsche dealers rate so they aren't cheap either. Just not trustworthy!
