As a young female who is not very car savvy, I felt
completely respected in this small, no-frills shop. They
were honest and on time with my repairs. And when the bill
came out to $100 more than my first estimate was, they
honored the original estimate price, no questions asked!

I have driven VW's of one model or another for more than forty years. Since I first discovered Verner's Automotive Service in 1995, I have not been to another mechanic. I have done this, even though I live in a different city 10 miles away, because experience has taught me that when you find a top-flight, trustworthy mechanic, you KEEP him...
