I've taken both my older Audi ('86) and new Audi (2000) to
28th St Garage and they've done a great job with both
cars. They take the time to explain what's going on and
will recommend repairs and prioritize them for you. They
keep a record of what they've done and what they've
recommended so you know what may be "the next thing to go"
on your car. An added bonus, they always have candy on
the counter :)

Making appt easy; clear consultation about repair plan; good updates during the day while repairs were done and repair plans were updated; work was done to my satisfaction. Only complaint -- an engine "decarbonization" cost $195, seems like too much for cleaning injectors, valves, etc., and I did not ask before OKing the service.

These guys are always great! They saved my wife $2000 over
what the Ford dealership was trying to sell. When we had to
take off her truck's drive train to tow it across country,
they did it quickly and explained everything about
reconnecting it later, and they didn't charge us a cent!
Gems in the business. And they even give customers flowers.
It's almost too good to be true.
