Jim, the owner of Repair Masters, is one of the most helpful repair persons I have had the pleasure of paying my hard-earned money. He always finds time to answer questions, even without an appointment or advanced notice. His work is always tops and he doesn't spring surprises when finished. If an estimate needs to be modified, he calls to discuss and always has suggestions for work- arounds. I highly recommend him to anyone that is looking for an honest place.

Jim and his crew are kind, honest, and hard working. As a young female who knows little about cars, I was treated with respect and dignity. They were sensitive to my tight financial situation. They explained everything thoroughly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality honest work!

They are fair honest and provide enough information to prioritize the repairs necessary. They have a good sense of humor and make me feel welcome. They are professional, respectful, remember their customers and have a VERY low turn over rate in their shop. They also have a popcorn machine, separate waiting area and free WiFi. They have taken care of a Metro, a Saturn wagon and a Toyota Rav4. I would recommend them to anyone.
