They replaced rear shocks on my 97 Lexus 300 and when doing so damaged an ABS sensor which they fixed. Nine months later my ABS light came on and I returned the car to them-I had completely forgotten the earlier problem with the sensor. Charlie reminded me of the damage they caused, and replaced the $250 part for free. I never would have remembered the original damaged if he didn't remind me.

Took 1999 Toyota Sienna, 140K miles, for a problem starting in cold weather. Dropped off car and used key drop. Received call by 10 AM following day that car was fixed. Price was reasonable. Starter contact points were shot. Charley seemed to actually enjoy telling me what was wrong, how the malfunctioning part worked, and what typical symptoms would be. Wow. FFI: He works exclusively on toyotas and is known locally to some as "Toyota Charlie." His shop is tucked back behind other businesses so be sure to ask detailed directions.

Wow, these guys have helped me keep my vintage Toyota Tercel 4x4 wagons (more than one!) running for years. They've done any repairs I've not been able to do myself, including the major ones, like carburator rebuilds and transmission replacement. They're friendly, professional, explain what it is they're doing, and complete work in a timely manner. The repair rates are comparable to other shops, but the quality of the work is unsurpassed. I've recommended this shop to several other Toyota owners and everyone seems pleased with the results. I've even had a friend drive his Toyota all the way from Fort Collins for service here, as no one in the area would rebuild his older Toyota's carburator--except Charley's, where it's all in a day's work.

I have never had a bad experience there. Charley is a great guy, not the cheapest mechanic around, but if you have a Toyota, he's certainly is one of the best. Actually his prices are quite reasonable considering how quickly the work gets done and done right. I have never had to take something back because of a bad repair. He does what he says he's going to do. When I had the timing belt on my T-100 replaced at 110,000 miles, he recommended replacing the water pump at the same time, added a little expense, but probably saved me tons in aggravation down the road. The T-100 now has over 200,000 and runs great. I have always preferred independent mechanics over dealers; they seem to care about pleasing their customers more and have a bigger stake in the success of their business. His employees are always respectful, helpful, and seem genuinely happy to be working there. If you got a Toyota, he's definitely a mechanic to try.

These guys are great. They recommend what is necessary and don't push unneeded service early. I have found them to be extremely competent and very efficient. I would recommend them to anyone, and have!

My 97 Toyota Tacoma overheated and I had it towed to Charley's Garage on a Thursday. On Friday they called to say the cost would be around 320 with parts and labor, I was amazed because I thought the problem was something more serious. They ended up replacing the fluid in my fan clutch, thermostat, and completing a flush. They also fixed my front differential leak I had from an accident in Oct of 2011. The total cost excluding the differential payment came to 269. The truck runs great and I was very pleased with the speediness of the repair. I'll be using Charley's Garage for my Tacoma from here on out. Very impressed. Thanks Guys!
