When I went there for the first time, two customers told me I had brought my car to the right place. Boy, were they right. These people are 100% honest and very careful.

After they worked on my A/C system and it went out three weeks later while I was in Los Angles they offered to pay for the cost of repairs in Los Angles.

Based on the recommendations on this site, I went to Sunset Garage and was pleased with the service. The owner, George, is a nice guy and seems personally involved in every car brought in. He took lots of time to explain everything to me, and show me all the replaced parts after service was completed. He didn't try and inflate the cost by adding unneccessary service/parts. I paid what I was quoted.

an acquaintance mentioned the garage. i took my car there and george and his staff looked and diagnosed it and i was told it will be ready the next day afternoon, when i showed up the next day george, the owner, told me that the car was not ready and he will need more time with it maybe three. i called three days later, could not speak to george, he was not available. he called back and said my car will be ready next week. total of two weeks, when asked if they have a loner, they did not. a week later they did not find what was wrong with the car and said they are waiting a response from the manufacturer to obtain the password/key to work on the engine claiming the system running the engine had shutdown. that gave me the hint to take the car elsewhere. when i picked up the car to take it elsewhere, the car had 670 miles, relentless smell of male cologne, i and was charged for replacing fuel pump, when i asked for the old part, i was told the part was thrown out because it was too long ago. sunset garage had my car for a month+ and did not fix the problem. The second garage fixed it the same day. I wasted almost two months with sunset garage listening to their stories every time i called, for what was a simple fix.
