I am VERY impressed with Water Star Motors. They stand behind their work. They are honest, competent and polite. I had one of the best mechanic experiences of my life with them. I highly recommend this shop!

Oil change was not done, provided parts disappeared which is a nice way of saying they were stolen from me, my entire engine disappeared from the shop--so if the owner did not take it how can this shop be in a safe environment. Please do not get ripped of here. Especially elderly folks and young inexperienced clients like UCSC students who are charged 98 Dollars for an oil change. This business is terrible, do not trust their manipulated reviews online, as soon as you have a serious car problem that they can not fix they will no longer talk to you nicely. It is the most rude and bold experience I ever had--can not believe that they took my entire engine and did not change my oil. I was charged for this oil change.
