It is with mixed emotions that I will be retiring Dec. 1st 2003. I started Precision Automotive in 1969 and having truly enjoyed servicing My customers cars and providing them with expert and fair repairs. I will miss them all. As a young female, I am often wary of the service I receive when taking my car in for repair. I worry that my lack of auto knowledge and generally trusting nature will be taken advantage of, as it has by past dealerships and car shops. My anxiety vanished instantly when I spoke with Dan from Precision Auto about getting an estimate for brakes on my '01 Accord. Within two hours, my car was seen, assessed and repaired! Turns out I didn't need new brakes at all-there was a piece of metal rubbing against the brake pad, which was easily and cheaply removed and replaced. Dan saved the piece to demonstrate and explain what had been happening. He also reassured me that I had plenty of life left in my brakes and that I wouldn't need to worry for at least another 20K miles. I was so pleased with the experience that I promised Dan I would return next time my Honda needed attention. In fact, I will make it a point to send my other wary female (and male) friends his way if they're in need of honest, friendly and efficient service!

Precision Auto Service is Replacing Precision Automotive after 42 Years. The new owner is Dan Bousman. Dan has many years int the automotive business. He wiil still have the same Mechanics (Technicians)that are used to servicing all of the clientle. The Final Answer is Business as usual
