I bought my '93 Audi 100 to these guys after the Audi Dealer
on Stevens Creek tried to rake me over the coals after my
engine froze on me. The guys at M&M talked me though the
whole process, what went wrong and made me feel comfortable
for a very stress-out situation. The next couple of times
I've been there, they have always went out of their way to
explain all the proceedures, what it entails and any
questions I could think of. Heck, they even gave me a tour
of the facility, and it was one of the cleanest and most
organized maintenance garages I've been in. Unless you have
a full warrenty at the dealer and you haft to go to those
overpriced moochies, call M&M up and get the best service
for a great price the first time out of the gate.
