We have been going to Pat's for many years (7-8?), first with our Honda Civic and later with our Prius. They are always very honest and have given me advice/quick fixes on the car sometimes without even charging me since I'm a regular customer there and go for oil changes, etc. The only thing that's not very convenient is that when you need an oil change, you need to leave your car there all day which can be inconvenient and adds the expense of taking cabs from/to or having to rope your friends into picking you up/dropping you off (public transportation exists nearby but it's scary/inconvenient). But, their integrity and knowledge can't be beat and they are worth it. We've since moved and will be going to a new shop for regular maintenance but if I needed a second opinion on a repair, I'd definitely make the effort to go back to Pat's to see what they think. Oh and I noticed that their score for cost of repairs was only a 4--I gave them a 5 because although the actual repair cost of something might be a tad more than somewhere else, they don't nickel and dime you with bogus crap and they also do a lot of little stuff for nominal/free charges, so overall I think that their prices are quite low, especially considering the quality of their operation.
