They have been very honest and their estimates have never been under the actual cost. In fact they have beaten their estimate on both occasions. Attention to detail could be improved, but the value and speed, together with the honest dealing are enough to get me to go back.

I know one of the owners, Jose Torres, since 1976 when he was a mechanic in NY. He is very honest and very competent. And although we live on opposite sides of the country, I always call him for his advice before I take my car to be repaired. If fact, he has diagnosed a problem when other mechanics were not able to. I met his partner, Craig Heiser, about 2 years ago. Craig has the same characteristics as Jose, or Jose wouldn't be partners with him. Without a doubt, trust them with your car.

These guys are good. I trus them, not a usual comment for auto mechanics. They have services two Acuras for us (1994 Integra and 2000 TL) and now service our 2006 Prius. They know what do do. Have just been voted Sacramento's best private auto repair shop. So what did they do; they sent everyone a bonus check to use on your sext service.

I have been to them a few times with satisfactory work. I recommended a friend, who did go there. They told her they would send me $20, which never happened. Next time I was in, I asked about it. They acted like I was trying to con them. Eventually, they grudgingly took $20 off my bill. Today, I had a little trouble starting my car so I took it in. They called to say my battery was no good and they wanted to put one in for $225. I said no, I would get one somewhere else. So when I went to get the car, they charged me over $60. All they did was check how much charge the battery was putting out. I will never go back there.

These guys are terrific! They seem honest and take the issues with my car seriously. I feel like they really care about the customers and their cars. I think the labor cost might be a bit high, but the most recent work they did might have involved difficult access, so maybe they're right in line. I do know that had I gone to the dealer, it would have been 3 times the cost.
