Ken Imler is a great guy who is honest, straightforward, and very knowledgeable. It's hard to find someone other than the dealer to work on diesels. When the water pump on my F250 powerstroke went out I took it to Ken and his crew. He replaced the pump with a new one, replaced the hoses as well as flushed the coolant and refilled. About a year later, I started to smell coolant and took it back for a look. Ken explained that it was the water pump and it was the first time one had come back as bad. He then on December 23rd, replaced the pump free of charge (labor included)! I know the pump carried a warranty and the labor was not at fault but that's the kind of honest guy Ken is. I appreciate him and his crew and would recommend him to any diesel driver.

I have a 1996 Dodge 2500 diesel. They do all my routine maintenance. I use Amsoil oil and their price for an oil change is less than if I do it myself. I haven't had to deal with any screw-ups yet! (knock on wood!) They have also done: Brakes Transmission fluid change Serpentine belt change Valve adjust
