The questions that I answered "don't know" could have been
answered, "I assume so" I have no reason NOT to assume
this. I had to start taking care of our car a few years
ago. My husband had always done it in the past.
I have spent about $5000. over the these years for repairs
on my 1996 Buick. I am pleased to say I have had no further
trouble for the past year. Although I have less than 80,000
on this car, I was told that all of the repairs suggested in
the owner's manual to be done at 100,000 miles have been made.

They are very expensive. My first repair was about $200.00
more than what seemed reasonable. I called for an estimate
on a timing belt replacement and asked to have the water
pump and tensioner replaced, as well. They initially gave me
a low ball offer that only covered the timing belt, when I
asked to clarify if the estimate included everything, they
then told me that the actual price was $780.00. I called
the Honda dealership and they quoted (in writing) $404.95
for the timing belt, water pump, tensioner, seals, fluids,
etc. I won't be going back to Kneisels.
