Their charging rate is similar to a dealer, but service is not as good. Mechanic owned shops in the same block charge about half as much. The Precision Tune mechanic was capable, but management was more interested in selling additional repairs unrelated to my problem than quickly fixing my problem. This attitude and their high rates resulted in my going elsewhere for my repair.
