Nancy, the owner is always helpful and available, and her son runs the shop. They were recomended to me by my Mercedes mechanic, who sends his customers only to Tepa for auto body work. I was so impressed with their work and super reasonable price, that I used Tepa for the last 4 work. I also sent my friends there - all were happy with the work and prices!

So, I am extremely critical of shops. I usually go to a shop, they do well once or twice and then the drama or they are extremely high priced. I have had Gustavo work on my 2003 Nissan Maxima, my wife's 2002 Honda Accord, a friend of mines 2010 Chevy Impala, my nephew's 2001 Chevy SS Camaro, and have sent them several customers. I like Gustavo because he is not "funny style," he is honest, fair, will work with you and he does not play games. The quality is incredible and the prices are BEYOND fair. If you want a shop who is reliable, understand that you are not rich and that you work for your money, go check them out. You will not be disappointed.
