This is the first time I have taken my car there. They changed my starter, which was a little expensive, but fair. I looked the price of the part up online and it was honest. The repair was done on the same day that I took the car in. The mechanic answered all of my stupid questions patiently, and did not try to sell me anything that I did not need.

A firefighter friend of my recommended that I go to Frank's Care Care because they [firefighters] and police friend of theirs go to Frank's. I've been going to Neil with routine car maintenance and ad hoc repairs and always come away feeling confident and secure in the services provided and have never been surprised by the cost. Neil is courteous, honest and patient with explaining what needs to be done and why. On more than one occasion, he has conservatively suggested I wait to have a particular issue resolved, because it wasn't immediately necessary and could wait until the next visit. I now live 79 miles away from Frank's Car Care, but have no intention of seeking another mechanic and auto shop. The quality of Frank's Care Care services is worth the drive time. Frank's Care Care is gold!
