This may be the best alignment shop in the country, they can fix any car the
FIRST time. One of my first experiences with them was my wife's former
Toyota Celica that the dealer said couldn't be adjusted any further, Custom
installed a caster kit and the "silly-car" finally drove straight and stopped
wearing out tires.
And that is another benifit, they are a Tire Rack Installer, which means you
can order tires online( or by phone) from this great tire retailer, and have
them drop shipped to the shop at no extra cost. This means you don't have
to worry about loading 4 tires into your car to get them installed, this can be
a real pain if you don't have a pickup.
When I was working as a carpenter, the truck had to work, or I didn't. So
getting it right the first time was worth more than the lowest price quote, and
with my f250 I had lost close to a weeks work when the first shop screwed up
the rear axle seals and I had to have the whole job redone by Custom (a hard
$500 lesson).
In my experience the price at the dealers or other quality shops was in the
same range, and given the quality, there is no comparison in value!

They need another answer to they fix it when they screw things up! It's never
happened to me or any of the dozen other friends I have referred to them. Great
shop, spot on every time,I have all my tires and alignment done there on all six
vehicles my family owns. Now I'm worried they'll get too busy once this gets
out.

I was charged double the standard rate because my car "was hard to align" --
never heard that anywhere else. It's a Honda S2000 and is not any harder to align
than any other RWD sports car with double wishbone suspension on all four
corners. Less than a week after I got the car aligned there, my steering wheel
got cocked to one side, because they did not tighten the bolts properly when
adjusting front toe. I took my car elsewhere to have this fixed.

Primarily a suspension, alignment, brake shop - are the
go-to people for high performance and race cars, but welcome
soccer mom rides just as well.
Repaired abnormal tire wear and vibration problems with our
Volvo and Saab the first time where dealers had failed
repeatedly. Diagnose problems and fix only what is
necessary. Very well organized shop. Treat my wife as well
as me.
