I liked working with Ed, he tells you the problem and price up front. He doesn't nickle and dime you; he'll (within reason) throw something in that came up in the course of the repair gratis after the price was negotiated. I think he knows that long term there is value in return business and building good will rather than soaking the customer at any opportunity.
