I have been maintaining all of our families Volvos with Mark for the past 7-8 years. It is a one man shop so the guy that writes you up is the guy who works on your car. The owner/operator is really a great guy and an outstanding Volvo technician as well. It is a smaller shop so he does not have some of the fancier amenities of the dealerships and the "gargemajals" as Mark puts it but it is a nice shop and it is reflected in his pricing. If you drive a Volvo and appreciate the personal touch then Swedish Independent is one place you should look into.
