I have been a customer of this shop for the past 20 years and have always been pleased and impressed with their work and their high level of customer service. I reccomend them to friends and associates and regularly pass out their business cards to people that I come into contact with that need a good, honest and reliable repair shop. They are an old fashioned style repair shop that is family owned and exceptionally honest, helpful and reliable. They have always given me exceptional sefvice at a very fair price and I have never had anything but great resulsts everytime that I have done business with them.

Well I checked a lot of "N/As" because I chose not to use them, not because they are incompetent, but I feel deceitful. I understand that they are a great shop, but when I was looking to use them asking about their warranty I found out that their ad in the paper is deceitful, "Partner Network, Free 24 month warranty, parts & labor Nationwide." They are no longer part of that, just having a 90 day warranty. And they know it, yet have not changed their ad, because they KNOW that this attracts customers, figuring once they are in the door, OR TOWED in, they've got them. Well they did not have me. I figured if they are deceitful on this, what else are they deceitful on???!!! Us them if you want, but beware, they are LYING about this on their ad, AND THEY KNOW IT!!!!
