I've known Jerry Queza (proprietor) for about 8 years. I began taking my brother's 1990 Toyota 4-runner when he first opened in the early 90's. Since then, my brother and i have brought back our 2000 LX 470, 97 ES 300, 2000 GS 300 for routine maintenance, i.e. 30k, 60k mile service. Jerry is as close to an honest mechanic you will find. For instance, my es 300 was leaking oil so i brought it in to a lexus dealer, since i'd moved out of the area. The dealer diagnosed the problem as a bad power steering pump, valve cover gasket, and oil pan seal. Repairs would have totaled over $1,000. Being broke, i called Jerry for a second opinion. He told me that the leak may be from the valve cover gasket but since it's above the power steering pump, the oil leak may also be mistaken for power steering pump leakage. So, i drove 35 miles to bring my car to his shop. Turns out, i have to replace my valve cover gasket and the rest is fine. It will cost me $225. That's difference of over $800 from the dealers estimate ! As for his shop, like all independents, it's nothing fancy. No cappucino machine or complmentary donuts for waiting customers. What you do get is honest work for a very reasonable price. From now, i will drive the 35 miles to his shop to bring my lexus. Even if i get a rental car, i'll still save over the dealer's price. I think he also works on Hondas too.

My husband and I have taken all our cars to Jerry at Enterprise Import Service for nearly ten years. We trust him implicitly as he is honest and his prices fair. He explains the problem, tells you if you don't need something done, and goes out of his way to save you money. We recommend him with confidence. Plus, his small, clean waiting room has wifi and a computer that customers can use. Jerry doesn't work on Lincolns, which we just bought, so we are bummed, but we will continue to take our imports to him. We hope he doesn't retire anytime soon!

I was a little nervous to drive my new old car on a 500 mile road trip. But the car handled beautifully thanks to excellent work by Jerry Queza and his crew at Enterprise Import Service (EIS). A month earlier, my 2001 Lexus RX300 was crashed into, leaving it undrivable. Within an impressive two weeks, EIS replaced the driver side doors, rear wheel, tire and fender. The rear pillar was replaced and the rear suspension realigned. The driver’s side was painted to match. They detailed the car, making it look almost like new. I would’ve gotten the car back even sooner if the insurance company hadn’t taken four days to show up to inspect the car before repairs could begin. In fact, Jerry’s response to helping me was much better than that of the insurance and auto club companies. I so appreciate that Jerry understood being in a crash is traumatic. He was so nice and expedited the repairs so I could resume my normal routine. I’ve been going to EIS for the last couple years for maintenance on my car. Every time their prices have been fair and their work has been excellent.
