Sam and the other mechanics take the time to discuss the car
and the service needed. They are interested in the person
and the car. I have taken my vehicles and directed others
to check them out. Honest and reliable.

Sam is the man. I work in my car and so beat the muck out of it on a daily
basis. But Sam manages to find and fix the problem always on the same day
that I bring it in, very important for a working driver. Redwood Automotive is
the answer.

I was impressed. They were reasonable, competent and quick. They are busy
though, so getting things done at a moment's notice may not be an option...but
that's hardly their fault!
