My wife says Jim is honest, what can I say?
We had moved from out of state, so I came to this website
to find a new mechanic. He keeps my old car going and has
worked on our good car as well.

I switched from unbiased customer to biased after about the fifth time in a row they fixed my vehicle right the first time and for what they quoted OR LESS. Amazing. Jim and Dave might be the two best wrenches in town. I now have to drive across town but it's worth it because the new place is better.

I would regularly tow my vehicle 15 miles to get to Quantum
and I live across the street from a Pep Boys.
Everything you worry about when a mechanic takes your car,
"Are they stiffing me because I don't know what a bearing
is?" "What if it was just a fuse or something?" Throw your
fears out the window when you go to Jim Mabry at Quantum.
Jim is a degreed, NPR listening, spotless shop, surgical
glove wearing, automobile expert and humanitarian to boot.
He does free small repairs for known customers. His
intelligence and almost transcendental relationship with his
trade will put you at immediate ease. For years he would
work on any hybrid for free just to get to know the engine.
He feels responsibility with his customers advising them
where to buy the best gas, what the upcoming maintenance
will be needed, and in my case, what new car to buy.
His parting words after he tested my new vehicle for me was,
"Well, I won't be seeing you for a long time."
Thanks Jim.

I found Jim (the Quantum Mechanic) using this very
Webpage. I found the other reviewers had and I shared
similar experiences with Jim. I once asked Jim to do some
work on my car and he told me that I should have someone
else do it as it would have been cheaper for that
particular job. He still offered to do it, but he told me
where I could get it done cheaper. Now that is honesty!

I've gone to Quantum Mechanics for years for my previous
car. He excels in customer service and he always fixes the
problem the first time in the time frame he predicted.
Over the years, not only did he explain the problem and
give me cost options but he also made sure that I
understood, showed me what was going on, and took my
schedule into consideration. He helped me buy a great new
car despite the fact that it has effectively kept me out
his garage for 3 years. Oh and yes it is also true that he
listens to classical music in his garage.
