I've taken my 1993 Nissan 300zx (180,000 miles) to Primarily
Japanese three times. Each time, they've given me a
detailed, prioritized list of repairs and have answered any
questions that I've had. I work odd hours, and twice
they've stayed late so that I could pick my car up. The
only time they haven't had my car repaired when they said
they would, they paid for a rental car for me (located right
across the street, so very convenient). The last time I had
repair work done there, the final bill was substantially
lower than the price they had initially quoted. I've moved
away from Tucson, but were I still there, Primarily Japanese
would be my absolute top choice to repair my car.

When my Honda mechanic said he wouldn't work on my new Kia "even if
you put a gun to my head"--his words--he sent me to Joe. I've been
there ever since with three different cars including my newest which is
not Japanese. Since I only live about a half mile away, if I'm stranded, Joe
will even come and give me a jump.
They are extremely professional, always call when they say they will,
finish in a timely manner, and have never surprised me with an
unexpected bill. Plus, they're friendly and funny. I highly recommend.
