THE most trusted independent Honda/Acura shop in Tucson. They are very good and know these cars like the back of their hands. The only drawback to excellent, friendly service is their prices: they're not dealer-sized, but they're fairly steep for an independent. You get what you pay for, however. Good shop.

Make sure to have them replace the theromostat if a radiator or water pump is being replace.

I've been going to Precision for years, first with an Acura Integra and now with a Honda CRV. They're terrific! I love that the same guys have been working there for years - and that they remember who you are when you come in. Service has always been very prompt, efficient and professional. Precision has become the garage of choice for my workplace - a lot of my colleagues have Hondas and we all take them to Duncan and John!

My family and I have been getting our Hondas serviced at Precision for nearly 20 years, and have always appreciated the integrity of these mechanics. I can always expect to be treated respectfully and intelligently and have all of my questions answered. They will mention any work that may need to be done in the near future, but never pressure me to get it done. I can also expect to see the same mechanics from year to year -- they have an experienced staff that stays on with the shop. Other pluses: the facilities are always clean; I can drop my car off before opening hours; they have thoroughly inspected used vehicles that I was considering purchasing and pointed out potential problems; they always complete the work in a timely manner, and will call me when there is any delay or question. Overall, the guys at Precision are very professional and competent. I have recently moved to the Austin, TX, area and the only regret I have is saying good-bye to my trustworthy mechanic shop!
