I am a newcomer to Tucson, and after a catastrophic experience at another garage, was recommended to Odie by a long time native. Since then I have visited his shop three times with different problems, all of which were handled expertly, timely, in a friendly manner and at a very fair price.

Trusted, competent and reliable help with a series of used vehicles that were kept running through thick and thin with the able help of neighborhood mechanic Odie and his dad before him. Just had my "300,000 mile check up" on the '86 Bronco. Still going.

Odie is the best and most honest mechanic I have ever known. He is also a super nice guy. As a woman I feel completely comfortable taking my car to him(at other mechanics I always made my husband take the car in) and I know he's not going to try and sell me something I don't need or talk down to me.

I have a 10-year old car, so I've been to Odie's several times. His prices are reasonable, and he always explains what the problem is and what repairs are needed. I'm living in Georgia now, and I called Odie for advice about my car. He remembered my car, and helped me decide what repairs I need to have done here.

Stood me up. Waited a half hour for him and he was a no show.
