I had an '05 Jeep Liberty that needed a clutch replacement but I already had the clutch kit. They charged a flat rate for the replacement of the clutch and let me use my own kit. Even though the install couldn't be warrantied because they were my own parts I wasn't worried because they seemed very knowledgeable and got the work finished in less than a day. Dropped my car off the night before and they were done the next day. I've since replaced that vehicle, but I've been back to them a number of times for random things, big and small, including a U-Joint replacement on my current vehicle. Again, dropped it off the night before and they were done the next day. As with any other shop, they'll look at your car and tell you what you may or may not need work on, but they won't push you to buy it right then and there for an outrageous price. I go back to them time and again not because it's close to my house, but because they do great work. I've been to other shops, but these guys are friendly and even though they can be slow sometimes, that just means they're making sure they do it right the first time as well.
