They are always honest
They are competent
Their repair price is reasonable
They complete the work in a timely manner
They respond well when they screw something up
They take the time to explain the problems and necessary repairs
They treat male and female customers in the same manner
They are always honest
I would use this mechanic again
I would recommend this mechanic to others
They fix the problem the first time
The shop is located in a safe neighborhood
The hours of operation are convenient for customers
They are near public transportation (or provide loaners, shuttle bus, rides as needed)

Scott's does work only on BMW's and if you are lucky enough to have one this is the place to take it. Scott was a factory trained mechanic before he started his own shop. They have always been honest and treated me well. Scott is extremely knowledgable about the cars and even races them on weekends. I cannot recommend them too highly.

My Mini Cooper has been dinged twice in a little over a year - took it there both times and the work they did is perfection itself. Gave me a ride to work when needed- communicated well, worked with the insurance company and are just nice people : ) Not hoping for another hit and run but now know it's not the end of the world for my cute little car if it happens.

What a score.I Find Ray Bladine and crew this year. What a clean, well maintained shop. I have a 2007 M5 and Mini Cooper JCW that is out of warranty now. I need an Good BMW- Mini Cooper independent shop for service. Ray got both cars in and out the same day. Pricing was great. He has the latest testing equipment. I have no need to see the dealer anymore. Thanks Scott's Motor Werks.
