Carl the owner has 20+ years of experience - he used to run another shop but was driven out by new ownership. At the old shop he worked on all of my cars. Very competitent and trustworthy. I highly recommend him for those in the Northwest Valley.

Has worked on our entire fleet at one time or another. Ford, Honda, Toyota, Nissan. Does repair correctly and for a fair price. Diagnosis correctly, doesn't swap parts trying to make the problem go away. Gives accurate estimates of price and repair time.

Carl was recommended by a friend. I had taken my Nissan Frontier to a different shop to get the a/c repaired. The other shop could find no reason for the intermittent cutting out of the compressor. After Carl's mechanic checked it he found a leak on the high pressure hose. Then as he was checking further the compressor kicked out, he traced the problem to a relay under the dash. I was advised by Carl of everything he found, and was asked if it was OK to go ahead. He also told me what the cost was before he continued with the repair. I left with a good feeling and will use him again when the need arises.

We've been bringing our cars to Carl's Car Care since he started the business, and we've have had nothing but excellent, fair-priced, competent service. Even though his business has grown, we always know we can call with a question and get a straught answer. Carl's is WAY better (and less expensive) than using car dealer service!

I brought my truck in because brake pedal was going all the way to the floor. They replaced the brake master cylinder, though they first diagnosed no problem with brakes. ABS warning light is now constantly illuminated (wasn't before repair), and I was told another costly repair would be needed to fix that.

I complained earlier about a repair Carl's had done, so it's only fair that I write a glowing review about their subsequent handling of my problem. After a part arrived for another repair, Carl bent over backwards to schedule the work to fit my schedule and apologized profusely for my previous experience. It's clear that everyone in the shop is very knowledgeable and shares a commitment to quality work and first class customer service. There's no doubt in my mind that Carl will do whatever it takes to satisfy even the pickiest customer.

Had a timing belt replaced on my Xterra. They completed the job in a timely manner, at a fair price per their estimate. I will not hesitate to have more work done by Carl's.

Carl has been working on both my car and my husband's car for two years. Neither car is recent, but Carl's people treat them as if they were new. Carl (yep, Carl himself works the front office) gives me accurate information, and lets me decide on how to proceed. I had a weird ignition problem, and he would not do the easy, expensive thing until he knew what caused the problem. Then he saved me money by replacing the part, not the entire ignition system. They have a shuttle service and treat me exactly the same way as they treat my husband--I haven't seen that at a lot of car repair places. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Carl better outlive me.
