So awesome! Didn't charge all kinds of "fees" like most places and didn't charge for diagnostics. They actually showed me the problem and explained how it worked! Great prices, great service.

Such a find. I called just before Thanksgiving, last minute, after my car died. Kevin was super busy, but fit me in so we could go out of state for the holidays. He was so friendly and took me to see what was actually wrong with my car while he explained it! There were no crazy fees or extra costs and he never tried to sell me anything. I would recommend him to anyone!

These guys worked magic on my 4 Runner. After taking it to the dealership three times for the same problem, and spending almost $1000 dollars, a friend of mine recommended I take it here. Kevin diagnosed it in 15 min and fixed it with a $5 relay. I'll never take it anywhere else.

2010 Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel. Had repeated problems when engaging transmission into drive from park or to reveerse. Truck would clunk and lurch forward. After repeatedly being told by Dodge this was normal (not) I took it to these guys to see what they could see. First they listened to me which was a step that I didn't feel happened at Dodge. Then they took a look at some parts and told me I had real problems with the ring and pinion and the fuel rail sensor pressure (the check engine light was also on). The backup camera was also not functioning. I had them replace the camera (at half the cost that Dodge quoted me) and took the rest of the information they gave me back to Dodge to let them know that a third party had looked at the same problem I had been complaining about for 3 years and there was something wrong. I really appreciated having paper in hand when talking to the Dodge dealership (tempe Dodge) because I am not a mechanic, just a female driver who knows something wasn't right with her truck. These guys were great and I'd go back and see them anytime! Thanks to the team at Baldwin Brothers my truck is undergoing extensive repairs at Dodge; finally!
