Excellent shop. They fix what is needed and don't try to
tack on unneeded parts or repairs. They always fix it right
the first time.

Freddie, the owner/manager, has that special "Knack" for knowing what is wrong with a car ( in business for 30 years) and does not laugh when I decsribe "whistle, purring, etc "for what is wrong when I don't know. Can't always get your car back in a timely manner as they are soooooo busy.

Freddie has a knack with cars. He is very honest and I trust him very much.

I believe Kittle's does a great job and especally at not
adding parts to try and fix your car. They diagnoss your
problem and only fix or replace what is needed.

I have been a customer for 12 years. Freddie Zakrzewski,
Jr. is the owner & backbone of this garage. He goes 90 to
nothing, but stops to talk/explain problems & solutions. He
evens asks after my family. He takes the time to drive my
car with me, so that we are talking about the same noise
and not just a "loose nut behind the wheel."
He has four mechanics, one has been there for over 25
years. He did an excellant cylinder head repair on my '88
Chrysler 600!

Fred has worked on my cars for over 20 years, both
personal and Company driven. He is the best in this area
in my humble opinion.

They were recommended by a friend who's father is the
opitomie of cheap and picky. If his father sings the
praises of anything there's got to be a good reason.

Freddie and his crew are the best. He never condescends to
customers, male or female, old or young. Unfailingly
honest, professional and trustworthy- very rare in today's
world. I've used their services for 20 years and would
never go anywhere else.
