After getting a quote from a local Chrysler dealer on repairing my Grand Cherokee LTD. automatic transmission, Gil Brown repaired it and had me on the road in 2 days. The first dealer screwed up my air conditioner blower and then denied it, leaving me to get it fixed elsewhere. Gil did the work for nearly half the price and guaranteed it for one year with unlimited mileage. He is a fair man, and I would recommend him and his staff to anyone in the SW MO, NW AR, SE KS, or NE OK areas. In fact, it would pay you to put your vehicle on a trailer and take it to them. I know his guaranty is good, too. I have owned 4 jeeps and have experience with the jeep dealers in my area; the agencies are a bigger problem than the vehicles.

Poor communication and terrible service!! We arranged via phone to drop the car off for Friday repairs. We left a key with my contact info and repair request in the gas flap. My husband called Friday to give them his contact info as well. I called Saturday morning to arrange pickup, and the mechanic didn't know why my car was there, although the key had been removed! The owner and I spoke Monday morning and I gave them one more opportunity to fix it. At 3:15pm I called for an update and was told by the owner that they had sent the parts back and were unable to fix it. Why hadn't they bothered to call and let me know earlier today? Please, save yourself some trouble and don't go here.
