I have used Randy exclusively for over ten years and have never been dissapointed with his work. He doesn't "find" additional things that need to be done "right now" however, will warn me of things that are gonna need looking at sooner rather than later. His integrity is such that I don't hesitate to recommend him to my elderly female clients, most of whom call me back to sing his praises.

I've known Randy for several years. I've always found him to be honest in my dealings with him. He doesn't run up a list of things that need to be repaired or replaced. He'll tell you when you're getting close to needing something done. He's always fair and appreciative of my business. Matter of fact I send the wife and daughters by there when I'm out of town. I trust him and his staff's work completely.

As a woman who knows some but not a lot about cars and is hesitant to go to big dealership service locations for fear of being walked all over and being talked to like I'm an idiot, coming to Randy at this location has been a breath of fresh air. I've been here a few times, and Randy takes the time to explain what is actually wrong and what repairs he recommends and why, but without making me feel bad about it, and treats me like an actual person. I trust his judgement completely, he is always honest and gives his opinion but never pushes me to have more work done than requested or required. I will always come here for any help or advice and will recommend this place to everyone!
